For years I’ve made the soundtracks for my performances and later on film work but I never considered it as music in it’s own right. Until recently, when I began rethinking how I make sound and why?

I was fortunate enough to have a residency with Hospitalfields in Arbroath in March 2026. For the first time putting my sound work first, not as an afterthought or add on but valued in it’s own right. I’m currently working on a massive project called Wayfinder and wanted to work up an album of sound work first which could guide the rest of the project.

I’m still developing it but I created the sound works from a mix of location sound recordings / synthesizers and found sounds. structuring the tracks around the notion of a black hole at the centre of the album with gravitational effects spilling out to the beginning and end.

Over the coming year I’ll be working on it more and adding as I go but for now here are the links to the sites I’ll be using to distribute these sound works.
